Welcome to Community 4 Success, a dynamic after-school program and community initiative proudly led by minorities and women. We wholeheartedly embrace the belief that communities thrive when residents come together to support one another. Our journey is deeply rooted in our personal experiences, having grown up relying on the strength of our neighbors, after-school programs, the warmth of our churches, and the generosity of food drives. While we may not have had much, the sense of belonging to a caring community made it easy to overlook the challenges.

Our focus now is on giving back and extending the same kind of community and assistance to the upcoming generation. Community 4 Success aims to connect and enhance the understanding, culture, and communication among the youth, young adults, and seniors. Our ultimate goal is to not only educate but also inspire our participants as we embark on this journey together.

Our program is a welcoming community that celebrates diversity and ensures that every individual's potential is valued. We provide a secure and enriching environment where young people can explore their passions, young adults can access valuable resources and mentorship, and seniors can find companionship and opportunities for continued learning. All voices are heard and everyone is made to feel included.
